With respect to the iconic Iron Chef series, Cru Uncorked pits their 3 sommeliers into competition to determine our top sommelier.
Round 1 features our returning champ, Janine, fending off her rapacious cohorts in a 3 course 3 wine per course extravaganza. Are you ready for blind wines? All remains blind until the finish line when all votes and selectors are revealed.
Results are 100% determined by the guest voting. Each round will have Cru sommeliers select from anything in the Cru cellar or any special selections from local distributors to bring home the gold. Who will win? All who attend. This year, the wines are blind until the finish line.
Round 1: Janine vs. The World June 11
Round 2: Cru Sommeliers vs. Cru Staff July 9
Round 3: Anthony vs. Chris August 20
Round 4: Championship September 17
CHAMPION'S dinner: October 15
6:30pm, $250 per person includes tax and 20% gratuity
